Like chartmaster was saying, today was a continuation day. Sure would be nice to close hod anywhere above a penny tomorrow. Get some fresh eyes over here. I think it may happen with the permit application updated with engineer review completed. It's so hard not to get excited on this, I'm thinking there are many others feeling the same.
