The marketable product is slated for Q3, 2018.

The FINRA filings are complete, and the allowance of the ticker and company name change has already been authorized.

The commercial, detailing all of this to the world, is still slated for sometime next week.

There should be a short-spell of buying excitement after the PR on Tuesday, along with the commercial being run for all to see.
