'DaFloorGuy' < easy > ( well sort of )when the company doze not fail and the stock becomes on-going or certified / sold /it can be counted.
Example : company enacts Dividend for all stock with certs. ( rush to get certs lol )
now the stock can be counted. your number ( 200 /300 NS is corect)
