So will the restricted shares affect the market price? Or are they just giving LRS the 9.6bil as part of that initial agreement - would that mean they won't hit the market or effect the price?

Do they need to be current to increase the A/S?

What the hell does this all mean? Haha will this make the price go down or up? (Not that it has much further to drop!)
