I don't think they submitted anything because they are still working on it. I almost expect to see some kind of agreement here this week. Could just be that I had a horrible day so I'm looking for some light at the end of a long dark tunnel.

It does not seem logical that after all this UMS would walk away.

They either work it out or the company is dissolved. No in betweens. I think it will work out.

If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
