Another thing that all need to keep in mind is that this is an OTC company for a reason and none have any way of knowing whether or not any money was actually paid because contradiction with Alpha filings which is one of many clearly reflects the company filings cannot be trusted. Not to mention and imo, highly unlikely these 2 lackeys that were initially hired as front people had/have extra millions lying around.

Therefore, Alpha wasn't issued any shares to sell and even if Alpha had been issued shares on 12/28/08 then still couldn't have sold shares to Arland 2 months before company even issued them and was still in the process of forming etc.
