Exobox Technologies Corp. is a network security development and licensing company that offers proprietary, patent-protected software technologies as a defense against cyber threats to computers. The company's security software effectively addresses the threats to network security, such as Trojans, worms, viruses, spy ware and identify theft.

Once installed, the company's proactive software technologies are designed to protect computers without the need for additional updates of the computer's software.

Since the company's software does not scan for malicious code, it eliminates the need for viral database drive retroactive file scanning, while retaining its transparency.

As an added benefit, the company's security software does not require staff retaining or impede work flow.

Exobox has developed two patent-protected software technologies to address all cyber threats to network security. The company's SUEZ technology is a proactive software product designed to thwart all viral and Trojan threats without the need for a database of known malicious code.

SUEZ has been validated by OSR Open Systems Resources, Inc., a leader in low level manipulation of the Windows environment, and the Houston Technology Center.

The company's second technology, SOS, provides the same protection as SUEZ, but in a form more suited to servers as opposed to end user computers.

From these prototypes, Exobox intends to develop a comprehensive product line of network security products.

Exobox intends to use third-party vendors to develop Internet security products using its proprietary technologies. The company will seek U.S. and international patent protection for its existing technologies as well as any new technologies developed, to protect its intellectual property assets.

As of September 2005, the company had filed seven patent applications, and it planned to file at least one additional U.S. patent pertaining to its technologies.
