Unlike everyone else I email IR. They lost their capital and initial investor, but found a new one.

We are…finally… close to securing a new backer that believes in us and, more importantly, understand the importance of being fully reporting with the SEC.

It won’t be confirmed until after the summer when I will write an update letter to shareholders.
