They set financial goals that were achieved that resulted in the bonuses. They are no provisions in the bonus about how much "work" was done, nor are there any provisions of that sort in any company I have ever studied. Are you familiar with bonuses given to execs based on financial performance? Have you seen a single one of them that has a clause about how much "work" was done? If so, link to it here!

Remember reading all the posts here about how great each quarter was before bankruptcy, and how great sales were? I didn't see a single shareholder say a negative word about any of those quarters in the first half of 2016. Those quarters were what the payments and bonuses are based on!

If I were taking the CEO's side in court, I'd just read to the court all the glowing posts from this message board about the first and second quarter 2016 performance! Let the shareholders opinions on those quarters come back to haunt them!!!
