Exactly as I have been saying on a reason to do a R/S for financing reasons straight from the CEO:

Lyle XXXX: Are you planning a reverse stock split in the next 6 o 9 months. This news comes at a bad time for expansion of your stock price with increased revinues.


Derek Peterson: lyle we would only reverse for an uplisting or if needed for a major financing or merger
