On July 12th it was at .0034 I believe. They released very promising news the same day that can be supported with due diligence and has held these gains for at least the last two weeks.
Today the 8-k confirms some of the due diligence that we can expect to see financials being filed soon.
Their last liabilities was I believe like only $500k. I take into consideration the company being 20 years old that there can't be many inside shareholders willing to sell at these levels even if they hold the shares for loans.
You don't see many of these old companies with minimum debt and the same management come back to life with huge pending material events unfolding. The last one I found was AMF*, you can verify it in my posts back last November'ish.
So what will move this is volume on a positive update.
