When a company is cash flow positive with earnings a R/S improves the earnings per share.

R/S candidates on stable ground can be incredibly positive for uplisting and attracting real capital from non-retail investors.

Successful candidates on the OTC are "unicorns", but can be found. TRTC could be such a candidate.

I'm on the long side now as there has always been speculative potential to TRTC and now common shares can share the wealth with the preferred shares. That was my major issue and Derrick listened and "fixed" it.

I have always wanted TRTC to succeed, but also needed to know the common shares would too.

Now we watch for improvement in the financials.
