It is yet to be determined if this is or isn't a scam. Certainly FDBL investors watched patiently as CEO lead us to believe that Fan Pass development would benefit FDBL investors. CEO should know the Fan Pass evolution (built on the backs of FDBL investors) is under close scrutiny by those investors and a roll out of it to the detriment of FDBL will most certainly damage any future outcomes for Fan Pass. If FDBL investors are hurt by some type of legal shenanigans ( like a shabby hidden reverse split scheme), then yes FDBL will have been a huge scam. However if CEO treats FDBL investors respectfully, this could be a good deal for all. GLTA
