What that 'dividend' is isn't clear. Interesting that FDBL shareholders will own 51% of Fan Pass and that a dividend in shares or distribution or other form will occur. how will that be accomplished ? for instance does it mean a transfer of 1 Fan pass share for every 100K FDBL? That would certainly be like a reverse split. Nothing is for free, so ,IMO, I believe caution is warranted.
