It is very sad when the CEO of the company cannot produce the required SEC filings for investors to make informed decisions.

What next?
My prediction is he is going to blame stockholders and tell them you knew the risk of investing in a company that was seriously delinquent or maybe he might suggest to shareholders that they should sell and move on.

Well, we know he has all ready said these things.

So the race is on.. will John Campo file the 10k before NEWC is suspended or revoked from trading.

This is just my opinion.. Make sure you do your own DD.
