not a p&d...just confusion and lack of clarity of what the contract win for microtech actually means for qban. i thought it was a different company. but, i did find the actual reference to their initial teaming agreement with other companies who then teamed with microtech. microtech is not a big company. i am very familiar with them. they are actually in my space - know of them well.
