Potential Funding Nano Technology
UMAX is presently moving forward with its audit in the coming months, to finalize the S1 filing with the SEC, the company is happy to announce that the CEO is also talking to an investor, potentially willing to partner to the sum of 10M USD to fund the Nano Technology Manufacturing facility, negotiations are still on going in the effort to funding Clever Tech on the Nano Technology joint venture agreement signed last year with UMAX. This would be enormous for the company to succeed in financing a manufacturing facility here in the United States. UMAX has talked with a local mayor on the possibility of establishing the facility in Las Vegas and creating major employment opportunities, it was greeted with great enthusiasm.
The CEO also visited with the economic development department of Clark County to begin researching the possibility of receiving state and federal incentives upon funding. of the Nano Technology Facility.
