This an excerpt from 1/29/16 from Otto's letter to a SRSR shareholder:

"The deal offered from Lithium guys is a shit deal and I will never agree on it, rather burn my shares
He was very unhappy when he heard that I wrote to the Lithium guys and warned them to deal...."

Otto's cool, rational, dispassionate demeanour showing through.

So Otto know about the Lithium group deal when he was but a shareholder not a director.

Dan has never treated 'confidential info' as just that; he leaks info if it suits his purpose.

Ironically, from what I hear, and, admittedly it is second hand, Dan regrets offering Otto a seat on the board and they both really dislike each other at this point.
