You loose value with every Reverse Split (RS). Your shares are devalued with every RS, and you voted for it. Why would you vote for a RS knowing you are running your stock into the ground and making the company richer? When a RS is voted down there is a chance that management might be replaced or a buyout, with a buyout you will recoup some monies. Shareholders are not accountable to the board, the board is accountable to the shareholders. We deserve what we tolerate.
