I actually said .03 to .05 earlier, but I don't know if it gets to 3s...

The reality is that this is great concept but that's all it is...a concept. The price will eventually meet the value assigned to it by its revenues and profits, and with only two locations, that isn't very much.

Toxic financing took this to under a penny, but speculation drove it up past a quarter.

It'll continue to bleed out until there's substantial news that the market can use to assign a new valuation. LOIs and all that aren't worth the paper their written on. It's been months now since the LOI for the SF location -- I absolutely think a deal is going to take place, but it might be a while. As longs grow impatient and sell, unless there are new buyers to support the price, it'll keep dropping.

And if i were a new buyer, I'd be wanting to wait. If Parsi is going to take his time to execute the deals, I'd be in zero rush to buy in now, too.
