I think they are putting out the smaller news releases first and building a good base with bigger ones to come. This also flushes out the weak and non believers of the stock and the longs will be rewarded for holding soon enough. Tom didn't become the CEO of a penny stock company for peanuts he is a big thinker and he wouldn't be here if he didn't see huge potential in this company.
