No, but to say it's all about the chart is silly. This close to a merger deadline the chart has influence, yes, but traders won't follow a chart to .10-.12...people said that last time about hitting .07 - many chart experts called .07 and it bounced at .109, point is it's not so easy. Good luck and learn to handle some criticism if you're batting against investors.
