MCIG reclained Vitacig in sometime early of 2016 so all of that is already built in. The one time increase might be the Stony Hills transaction where they sold there CBD business or something. One good thing about MCIG reporting is that they do a very good job in separating out the "Other" income that's not part of business.

There Q3 NI was $850K but there income from operations was 191K. I used the 191K to determine how well the company did for the quarter and that's the number I looked for the Q4 to beat versus the $850K. Either way the number is positive versus the negative numbers in previous quarters.
