is generally considered the site where if the ticker is on the list of promos its generally considered a P & D ...... thats generally at least the "Pump" part is clear ..... the Promo is the Pump .... whether or to what extent there's Dumping after that .. anyone's guess .... not meaning to bring rain on the parade .. already took my profits and am out .. does not mean it won't go up more .. just here's the info .. since the question's asked ..

additionally .. generally .. on the techs ..
its on the high side for any more upside this run
though techs (charts, etc) aren't written in stone ..
especially the low pennies .. so could still run up more
maybe .. maybe not .. anybody's guess

Fundamentals and Long Term traders
have an entirely different perspective on all that
if you're looking for gains in the immediate term ..
it looks a bit "iffy" at this point .. though ya' never can tell
