Due to negative stairsteps, I agree with you that .03 will hit, but how low do you think this will go? It hit .03 last time. Any chance it hits .025? And if it hits .03 and goes down further, is it guaranteed to come back to .04?

I just want to know if I am guaranteed a bounce if I buy at .03.
