You bet!

The first phase land deal is closed (not significant but important)

The base technical work for the 10,000 bbl distillation unit is complete and information submitted for the permit

The permit application for the 10,000 bbl facility has been made
(We have roughly 40-42 days left)

They are working behind the scenes to get subcontractors and financing for the first phase!

It is a quiet period, but if you read between the lines, things will progress very fast when the permit is approved imo.
