Yes, truly amazing indeed. NON-TOXIC Financing compared to the typical CONVERTIBLE NOTES that you see in the OTC.

These private, accredited investors chose to wire tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars to OWCP knowing they COULD NOT SELL for 6 months.

They did get a slight discount on the share price as a result. That's very common.

What's your point?

Remember, OWCP started 2017 trading at $0.1815... So, $0.17 wasn't such a steep discount.
