ELTZ Updates

10-K should be released August 3 or 4 according to IR and board members who have spoke to IR and CEO

STOP SIGN should be removed this week as well since the company will then be up to date with it's filings

Per TA: No change since 7/18/17: Outstanding Shares- 154,112,753 Float- 131,597,753

Once 10-K has been released, company will announce news regarding acquisitions
