They are real diapers. They do the job. Are they a number one brand? No, of course not. We use them daily and are on our last sleeve (30 per sleeve I believe). We have been surprised at the quality though, no leaks, they stay on, and they are healthier for the kid (he's now almost 18 months old!).
Would I buy more? YES - if they were on a store shelf or if shipping was reasonable (I bought my first pack when shipping was $5). Yes, I would buy them again.
There's my review - from someone who has used over a hundred of them so far. Take it as you will but IF/WHEN these show up on shelves or with reasonable shipping prices I really believe they will do well. The trick is getting them available to consumers.
