Can't put it in general, each company and stock has it's own individual reason for trading at a certain points. Can be dozen reasons. This one here is super interesting because of the crazy low SS and therefore market cap. If they announce a merger or something similar, this will shoot up big time. If there is a group entering it will go nuts as well. We will see.
