No one looking for relief from nausea is ever going to type in the word "spray" into the search box, and that's because they're not looking for a particular form or method they're just looking to get an overview of products if they don't already know what's out there.
If someone has been having nausea frequently, they will type in the word nausea knowing that nausea related products will come up. Once they type in that most obvious first keyword, nausea relief is one of the first options shown, and it is under that heading that our product shows up.
