This agreement is a joke as well.....

ETST has proven time and time again that it cannot execute, they are completely dysfunctional and have no business in this arena. They are nothing but a shell and have to put all of this BS out to try and raise more money. Right now they can't even pay for their own operations and if by some miracle they lasted longer than a year, they would be broke. They will never be profitable, but they will bilk investors out of every penny they can, line the pockets of the elite and then move on to the next victims.
