Again because there was mo potential backlash, no accountability built into the process in the past, the current board doled options out like popcorn regardless of the poor company performance. There has been no real sense of urgency or obligation to shareholders under such a system. So in the end they could afford to bypass decent money up front offers. Deals that were primarily back loaded because of where we are with BAVI. They don't want a deal that is incentive based. That's too risky for their situation. They will stay with their steady inflated paychecks. They want the up front big payoff immediately which likely will not come without approval. The catch 22 is we likely will not get approval without big pharma resources. Where would Bavi be had they taken such offers that I can only assume were on the table. I would love to talk with Worsley where he spilled his guts. I think it would be telling. Where would we be as shareholders had they for once thought about the whole instead of continuing the current charade of slow playing the science while padding their own pockets. And these guys have no credibility in the industry. That is becoming more and more obvious. Do your own research there. Look at the transcripts of the latest DS when they come out. They are looked upon as cowboys or leeches trying to steal the game. There is a lot that we don't know at this point concerning Ronin and their true intentions. But I am so sick of the cheating and the self dealing while we shareholders endure reverse split after reverse split. So I respect those that defend the science but I cannot understand those that defend our current BOD and accommodating management group and believe we would be in better hands with our current self serving BOD over Ronin's nominees. It's been too many years of this charade. When will we wake up? Ronin is our only chance at positive change at this point. Personally I want off this train. I want a new start. All in my opinion.
