Thanks for the heads up. Am I correct to say that the Promissory Note for USD $6,900,000 owed to MSI for the upcoming 4th quarter of 2017 has been converted to shares of IBX, and that those shares are part of the 62+ million shares that MSI currently holds?

If I'm correct, that could be a great win/win for both companies in the not so distant future.
