Actually i was first to theorize BO last Fall as if that matters. Acquisition or Merger means the same thing for us, Amedica no longer exists as an individual entity. M&A = Merger (Merger Method = Biomet) or Acquire (Tender off method) = LDRH

I've been buying more when i can (bought more at .28). If you dont think others have then you haven't been paying attention to the volume when we went from .28 - .42.

As far as how many shares management has i have no way of knowing. I only know Sonny has at least 19,000 shares not the 7,000 shares reported on the Definitive proxy.

Why supply the wrong numbers on the proxy statements? if they supplied the real numbers thats a dead giveaway of M&A. The hypothesis is they will not reveal this information until the last possible moment. Why all the cloak n dagger? To prevent outside forces from messing up the deal.
