If there is infringement, which there likely is, this would be an interesting scenario because when it comes to enforcing a patent, you have to sue someone or an entity.

Not sure how it will play out in this case, but say a big company uses this Blockchain code to transact, I believe at that point our patents could be enforced on those companies.

Similar to offshore manufacturers infringing on a US Patent, you go after all the distributors selling the product that infringes on your patent.
