Yogi, there is NOT any other info. That's the whole point. It cost $20 where I live to file as a legal company. That's about all Brighton Minerals has done. Could care less about that. Search all you want, you won't find squat. It's already been done. That's the entire point. Tough to do DD when there isn't any. This will bottom sometime in October, that's the only sure thing.
