President trumps cyber security mandate was signed may 11 and requires all government departments and agencies to have a plan in place within 90 days. This mandate was issued only two days after a letter of recommendation by the NCOIC and was coauthored by Tom. Read both of these documents and you can not deny that the mandate mirrors the recommendation. We will see many contracts from this in the next few days as the deadline is here Next Friday
