The licensees, in turn, work with the license: Including on behalf of the company. MEC did not create the UBA Emailmoni source at Bet9ja, for example. The tonnage of legal precedent probably explains why Bill Gates invented the internet--to keep the planet from sinking under the weight of all the lawbooks in all the nations(?).
