That's not really an article about ORRV per se, this company is registered out of Panama and uses several websites to phish for subscribers. They post similar gibberish about almost every penny stock. Some of it, as pertaining to ORRV, is kind of funny though:

"Taking a peek at some Moving Averages, the 200-day is at 0.00, the 50-day is 0.00, and the 7-day is sitting at 0.00. The moving average is a popular tool among technical stock analysts."
