Use of clips & other assets is routine in business. MECINCORP retains corporate counsel. Company cars can be provided employees, for example, even complete with drivers and fuel. It is not even usual to include all the engine numbers in financial disclosures. The auditors at Myecheck, now MECINCORP, have been reviewed by other auditors, legal staff, and judicial staff. Plaintiff suits against the auditors were dismissed with prejudice against the plaintiff.
