Recently UHLN announced a new CEO and a change in company direction. They also announced they will be changing name and ticker symbol to reflect the new model.

Soon after UHLN announced Salvatore Rincione as the new Director of Operations. "Sal's previous positions include, Vice President of Operations and ultimately the Vice President of Real Estate and Construction, for Red Mango USA. Sal was responsible for the Development of over 400+ Red Mango Locations within North and South America, to include Puerto Rico and Mexico in a seven year span. Over his career he has served in positions including Vice President of Planet Hollywood as well as the Vice President of Operations and Development for Five Guys Burgers, CEO of UFood Grill, and Border Cafe as well as Five Point Partners where he was responsible for multiple Five Guys Burgers restaurants."

That is a pretty impressive resume. In addition the company announced the intention to acquire the "Charlie Graingers" chain of restaurants. This chain specializes in high quality Americana style foods like Hot Dogs, BBQ etc. Charlie Graingers has about 15 locations throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Georgia with a number of new openings coming soon throughout the southern United States. This is just one acquisition that UHLN has planned. The company has stated they intend to acquire a number of unique concept chain restaurants and it seems like they are putting the right team in place to do it.

UHLN is only being held back in it's current trading range of .0047 because the company has yet to update filings to reach current reporting status. But that's where the value is in entering now. Once those filings begin to hit, which could be any day, UHLN is going to take off like a rocket.

UHLN is the kind of hidden gem in the OTC that I dig for and I'm really excited about this low float monster in the making. I strongly believe this one is going multi pennies very soon.
