Well, being completely honest, that stock purchase was probably a bone thrown from one rich bio guy to the next. The milestones are contingent on good data, which is mia. No obligation to pay if data is not good. Where the hell is the data? The street won't let this go without it, nor should they. That 8k is a dog whistle imo. If it wasn't and anyone was convinced the data was as stellar as people think, it'd be over 1 by now. Need to see if any tutes dumped during the pump. I'm betting they did. This is under the gun big time. Just my thoughts, and yes, I'm still holding.
