That's not completely true. The SEC doesn't audit 8k's or pr's. But Notis is required to put out an 8k for any material event, growing plants would fall under that. Goh could respond to some of those questions in that email, but if he said there were plants in the ground that would certainly be illegal. Goh seems to be completely ignoring SEC rules so who knows what's going on with this company.
