A company can have class A and class B common stock whereas the class A can have stronger voting power. Employees would have class A with each class A equaling 10 shares of class B.
This is usually how companies try to keep the upper hand with voting power.

I have not researched if ICLD has different classes of common stock.

Another company/stock recently had a vote on R/S and the shareholders actually were able to band together and prevent it from being approved.

It can happen. I just don't know the dynamics of the stock structure with ICLD. Someone with more time can research this.
