My guess after reading the filing (briefly) is later this month. I think in time, the shares we are left with will be very valuable. He (Turlov) is setting this up like a Berkshire Hathaway fund. Low share count, high price. I was hoping for a slightly lower split ratio, but this will get us listed sooner.
