I made the beef stew and was it good. Next time out I will add more Worcestershire sauce and delay adding the potatoes as some were a bit mushy. I made a roux with 1/4 cup flour, beef stock and butter that I cooked in a pan before I added it to the pot. I browned the meat, added beef stock to the pot and scraped the bits off the bottom.
