Doog, I am afraid IPCI might get sued. Odidi did make a comment they are starting the category 3 test within week that was FDA approved. That's telling me they knew about the requirements for this test, but never communicated to the shareholder prior to the ADCOM. When your product is required for further testing by FDA, you cannot keep that information from public.

A day before the meeting, an article had come out and said FDA worker had not yet received safety liability data. We put that down as if it was a negative post. But, unfortunately, it turns out to be true that IPCI management was not prepared, and I am certain FDA have communicated to them. They never come out and say anything to the public. I wonder if there was a CLR out there and we just didn't know about it.
