Nope. I'm long. I get how it can take awhile to record things as I do real estate myself, but really would be nice to make sure additional testing and such was being done as stated by another poster today.

Just looks better if the proper due diligence was done prior to actually purchasing the land.

Meanwhile, the stock is moving upward nicely today.

The outstanding shares is a bit concerning as well, but this is "long" term for me and if this really does come to fruition, it will be a very nice return.
