It's like throwing a goldfish in a tank of piranhas. Why would this be announced? Instead of just waiting for the acquisition PR? It makes no sense. " Hey folks, we are really close, gonna do it soon" ie buy some more of this worthless stock. He can keep doing this and there are plenty who are eating it up. NO REASON AT ALL TO MENTION THIS EXCEPT TO GET MORE BUYERS. He can't lose because it can't get any lower but he can con people into buying it and remain at no bid. SMH
